Leon and Barbara Prete began their brand originally in 1998 as ‘Face & Body’-- a husband and wife duo providing therapeutic massage and esthetic services. They established their business as a fresh start, after their oldest son miraculously recovered from a life-threatening illness. Not long after, they discovered the powerful laser technologies of the cosmetic trade and quickly became educators in the field. Together, Leon, Barbara, and their two daughters began providing laser education for many professionals in the tri-state area.Along the way, their small shop grew into a full fledged medical spa, and Anti-Aging Centers of CT now boasts two office locations – Fairfield and West Haven. While their service offerings have expanded, they have remained committed to what they have always felt was the founding principle of AAC: family is the most important thing– and their clients and staff are their family.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
We understand emergencies happen, and you may not always be able to call in advance. However, please know that when you "no show' or cancel an appointment within 24 hours, you are preventing other clients from receiving their services. In addition, our technician is left without a client to serve, and when this happens frequently, it hurts our whole AAC family. If you need to adjust, reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call and if you do not speak directly with a staff member, leave us a voicemail. In the event that you 'no show' or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, we will charge the credit card on file in the amount of $25.00 for appointments less than 60 minutes, or $75.00 for appointments that are 60 minutes or more. If the card on file declines, the fee must be paid in full at your next appointment. AAC is an in-demand, busy medical spa. Please note that canceling or rescheduling appointments with short notice may result in longer waiting times for appointments, and AAC cannot guarantee you will be able to stay on your recommended treatment plan schedule.
RETURN POLICY
All pricing is subject to change. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, unopened. All services expire 2 years from purchase date. Services cannot be refunded but can be turned into "AAC Credit" to put towards any services or products. We do not guarantee results. Individual results may vary based on many factors.
