GUIDELINES

If you're a new client, please fill out the paperwork linked in your confirmation email in advance, or arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to do so in office. Note that as of September 2023 we have a new system called Boulevard, which requires all patients to fill out their forms digitally, so if you have not been in since then, you will need to do this paperwork whether you are a new or existing client.

Always read all appropriate paperwork and consent forms prior to receiving treatment, and don’t forget to reference your post-care instructions as needed. Please call or text us with any questions or concerns.

We have a strict cancellation/no show policy (see below); please read and follow it.

Know that if you are not properly prepared for an appointment, or if you arrive late, we may be unable to treat you. This may affect results if you are thrown off schedule, as we are often booked weeks in advance.

We cannot treat anyone under the age of 14 for laser hair removal or skin rejuvenation due to insurance limitations.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

We understand emergencies happen, and you may not always be able to call in advance. However, please know that when you "no show' or cancel an appointment within 24 hours, you are preventing other clients from receiving their services. In addition, our technician is left without a client to serve, and when this happens frequently, it hurts our whole AAC family.

If you need to adjust, reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call and if you do not speak directly with a staff member, leave us a voicemail.

In the event that you 'no show' or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, we will charge the credit card on file in the amount of $25.00 for appointments less than 60 minutes, or $75.00 for appointments that are 60 minutes or more. If the card on file declines, the fee must be paid in full at your next appointment.

AAC is an in-demand, busy medical spa. Please note that canceling or rescheduling appointments with short notice may result in longer waiting times for appointments, and AAC cannot guarantee you will be able to stay on your recommended treatment plan schedule.

PURCHASE & RETURN POLICY

All pricing at AAC is subject to change.

All services purchased at AAC expire 2 years from date of purchase and must be used within that time frame. Services cannot be refunded, but may be turned into AAC credit upon request for use towards other services and/or products. Please know that we do not guarantee results and individual results may vary based on many factors.

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, only if unopened.
